David worked at Centel/Sprint for 14 years as an accounting supervisor and analyst. He was VP Internal Auditor at Farmers & Merchants Bank in Milford, Nebraska for 4 years and Chief Financial Officer for 11 years at Liberty First Credit Union in Lincoln, Nebraska. He earned a Bachelor of Arts, an MBA, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He holds a CPA Certificate(#5616) and is licensed to practice law in Nebraska (#21415).

Linda oversees Office Administration and Human Resources, acts as primary contact for Access Nebraska and Social Security, acts as Administrator for Therap and Tellus, sets up new participants in Therap and Tellus, and assists with billing and payroll. She serves as ABLED's Therap Expert & contact for Therap questions.

Pierre has a lifetime of experience working with DD individuals. Growing up, he spent much time caring for his sister who had disabilities. Pierre served as an intern with OMNI, graduated from UNL with a degree in Family Science and was All Big 12 Defensive End. Pierre spent 3 years with the Seattle Seahawks. He has provided day services to many of ABLED's most challenging clients.

Coralie has 25 years of accounting experience and her Bachelor's degree in business with graduate coursework completed in accounting. She oversees compliance to regulations, policies, and QA/QI, supports the C-suite in strengthening organizational standards, completes incident follow up reporting, and monitors medical records and MARs.

Cheryl assists CEO with billing, payroll and accounting duties, conducts screening interviews for potential DSPs, completes background checks, maintains and monitors employee documents, certifications and benefits. She also takes calls on ABLED's business office line. 

Makaela conducts on-site reviews of residential sites, conducts orientation, Therap, and Mandt Training, analyzes progress of ISP programs and updates programs, checks for missing documentation and contacts staff as needed, completes tasks as assigned by the Chief Operations Officer.

Paige maintains Maximus for Shared Living Providers, acts as Rep Payee, manages Petty Cash Ledgers, performs annual payee audits, reviews ISPs to ensure Evaluation Services concerns are addressed, assists HR Manager with all staff documentation and assists the Chief Adminsitrative Officer as needed. 

Jennifer coordinates all scheduling and staffing for day services, maintains and monitors all staff benefits, documents and certifications, assists with screening interviews for potential DSP's and assists the Chief Operations Officer and HR Manager as needed.

Sonya graduated from Bryan School of Nursing and received a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Education from University of Nebraska, Kearney. She oversees ABLED Med Aids, serves as primary contact for medical issues, and follows up with staff to ensure compliance.

Kim works with DHHS Clinical Team to ensure compliance with ABLED's Risk Provider status and to ensure the quality of ABLED FBAs and BSPs, completes FBAs, writes and monitors progress of BSPs, develops and trains staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies and safety plans. 

Tanya has more than 21 years of experience in the field, 18 of these years as a registered nurse. Her healthcare career began right where many started as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Shared Living Provider (SLP), and CNA. Person-centered care is a priority in every role she has had. Tanya is the newest member of the team as we grow at ABLED. Some of her responsibilities are reviewing care plans, additional activity and other required training, monitoring medication administration, reviewing PRNs and in-place medical protocols, assuring that correct documentation is in place for medical contacts, and sharing and serving as a resource for medical concerns. In her free time, Tanya likes to spend time with her teenage children and attend their respective events, camping, and studying antique and vintage clothing and household items.

Adam has been involved with ABLED since its founding in 2014, beginning with direct support work before transitioning to administrative leadership. As Chief of Staff, part-owner, and Chairman of the Board, he supports the CEO in aligning strategy with daily operations and advancing key initiatives across the organization. Adam holds a BA in Philosophy and a JD with a concentration in Healthcare Administration Law, which shape his approach to thoughtful leadership and organizational growth. In his free time, Adam enjoys lifting weights, staying active outdoors, playing strategy games, and spending time with his wife, Grace.
